I have it, and it's great for the FG Shuttle. Basically it's a summary of all the technical documentation available from NASA repositories, it analyzes the platform system by system, it's deep and exhaustive, and in the final part, it describes normal operations and contingencies.
It's not the typical Space Shuttle book, it's purely technical. The Shuttle had three propulsion systems: the solid rocket boosters (SRB), mounted at the side; the main engines (SSME), mounted in the orbiter and fed from the external tank; the orbital manoeuvring system (OMS), mounted in the orbiter and fed from tanks inside the orbiter; During launch, the SRBs were fired until they burned out, and the SSMEs were run until the external tank was almost dry.

ISBN US$ The Space Shuttle has often been described as one of the most complex, if not the most complex, machine ever built. That complexity, though, is a double-edged sword. Boeing's first corporate test pilot astronaut, Chris Ferguson, will train alongside two NASA astronauts for the first trip to the International Space Station aboard the CST Starliner.
The Starliner is a reusable spacecraft that combines a proven capsule architecture, materials and subsystem technologies with 21st century innovations. As others noted, the Space Shuttle flew itself mostly during ascent.
